Personal Training sessions are great for all levels, from beginners through to advanced athletes. Utilising a Personal Trainer allows for maximum motivation, and ensures that you are observed and instructed on exercising correct technique for optimal effect.
At your introductory Personal Training Session, you will work with the trainer to discuss your goals, undergo a non-invasive body composition & health assessment (simply put: taking body measurements and assessing lifestyle specifics to determine the training type the instructor will undertake with you) and then perform a physical fitness assessment.
From there, the instructor will schedule sessions catering to your availabilities so that you may begin working toward achieving those fitness goals! Each session will include a good mix of cardio & weight-bearing exercises designed to target those goals, with a large variety of equipment used to keep the workouts fresh and different!
